UPDATE: Randy Fox

Thank you for your prayers!

Randy came through his surgery with flying colors! However, the doctor said he literally shredded his Achilles tendon. He is now at home, resting, very sedated with pain meds, and has a long road to recovery. But the worse part is over!

Keep the prayers coming!

UPDATE: Randy Fox

Please lift Randy up in prayer as he undergoes surgery this morning for a ruptured Achilles tendon.

Also lift up Dr. Joel Hurt - his orthopedic surgeon - a wonderful Christian man who prayed with us before taking Randy into surgery. A first of either one of us - to have a doctor offer to pray!

Pray for a speedy recovery and pain management!

Prayers for Sallye Johnson's friend, Elizabeth

This email was just received from Sallye Johnson:

A friend of mine is starting a bone marrow transplant this week at Mayo in Rochester, MN for multiple myeloma cancer. She had 3 children ages 11 to college age. Her name is Elizabeth, please pray for a successful procedure and that she goes into remission. She’s been a trooper and hanging in there but could use prayer.

Also continued prayer for my dad who continues to deal with terminal liver disease. He will celebrate his 82nd birthday on April 2nd – the kids just gave him a Kindle so he can download the newspaper, books, etc. as he is spending most of his time in bed now.

ANSWERED PRAYERS: Catherine Frailey

Good news. Catherine has no significant blockage. There's one artery that is somewhat constricted (probably born that way) that she will take medication to open up.

She'll be in the hospital a couple more days to adjust meds and evaluate.

Thank you for all your prayers! Let us continue to pray for her speedy recovery and the adjustment of her medication.

UPDATED directly from Catherine Frailey

This was posted by Catherine herself on Facebook:

Well I am writing you from the hospital, YES the Dr. says I did have a heart attack and we are going to do a heart catheterization in a few hours to see whats going on with me. Please pray for my doctor and for James he really needs the support, and for me to get well.

UPDATE: Kodi Tutt

They just found out that Kodi's cancer is worse than they thought. ALL of her bones and marrow are involved. Not sure what that means exactly.

Please keep praying for this little girl and her family.

UPDATE: Catherine Frailey

They did a sonogram and saw enough blockage that they are going to do the "camera-thing" today. They also confirmed some damage on the top of her heart. I don't really know how bad all of this is, but I know it means we need to keep praying.

Update on Kodi Tutt

This update via an email from Courtney Crosland:
Kodi has neuroblastoma. She has several tumors... from what I understand there is one on her spine, in her stomach, and other places on her bones. She began chemo the day she found out for sure. She is still in the hospital (until Friday) because they are trying to keep food in her and are working on her digestive system, and they are teaching her parents what to keep an eye out for. She will have to go once a month (this is info from a friend, so I'm not 100% on this) after this for 12 months. She may have to have surgery eventually. They say the outlook is good since she's so young, but it is going to be a long year for her and her family.

They are so thankful for all of the people that are praying for them!

Urgent request from the Elwartowskis

Just received an email from Stacy:

I have a friend, Jenny, who lives in Washington State that just lost her 18 month old yesterday. She laid her down for a nap and went to wake her later and Megan was gone. They don't have any answers as to why, but are in alot of pain. Jenny's husband is in the Army and currently on his second tour in Irac. He's been gone for the last 6 months. The Amry is flying him home as we speak but how awful for them.

Jenny needs her husband and he's away, Michael hasn't seen his daughter in over 6 months and is now coming home for her funeral. My heart breaks for them.
Please pray for them. Please pray they know Jesus too. I'm not sure they are saved.

Carol Wisian's Dad, Joe Clark

We received an email from Jerry Wisian (Courtney Crosland's dad) this morning:

Pray for Carol Wisian's dad, Joe Clark. He is in the Doctor's Regional Hospital in Corpus Christi with pneumonia. Also pray for Carol's mother, Muriel, as she will be traveling each day from Rockport to Corpus.
